23 . St. Louis Junior Football League



The St. Louis Junior Football League is a registered non-profit organization made up entirely of volunteers in the Metropolitan St. Louis area. It was founded in 1960 with the purpose of giving children between the ages of 7 and 14 the oppurtunity to play organized tackle football. There are over a dozen area associations who all come together under the umbrella of the St. Louis Junior Football. These areas meet individually and as a group to make rules and coordinate their individual effort into one local group. This allows them to have inter-area games and activities with over 3000 young people in the metro area participating.

24 . Florissant Raiders (Florissant-St. Louis)



The RYA was founded in 1963 to bring youth football to the North County area of St. Louis, Missouri. Although the RYA operates independently, we are a part of the St. Louis Junior Football League (JFL).

25 . Mathews-Dickey Bulldogs (St. Louis)



More than 1,000 Bulldog football players and cheerleaders tackle the opposition and are perennial favorites in the national tournaments. Mathews-Dickey teams comprise 15 percent of the Junior Football League. The Club was the first training site of the St. Louis Rams when they moved to St. Louis.

Platte counties in Missouri. Heart of America is the main governing body but is comprised of Associations and Clubs from throughout the area. The following make up Heart of America. 28 . Northland Wildcats (Gladstone-Kansas City)



Playing in the Heart of America PWL, Founded in 1995, the Northland Wildcats have encouraged academic achievement and athletic ability through youth sports and community involvement. The Wildcats develop pride, self esteem and team spirit among our players, Our players range in age from 7 to 14 years old, many of them continuing through high school and into college.

29 . Junior Cyclones (Northeast Missouri)



The Jr. Cyclones were founded in 2004 and dedicated to providing foster children the opportunity to play football for Free. A statistic in 2004 revealed that 70% of all foster children end up in prison; this was a disturbing statistic to the cyclones staff so we decided to take action.
